The 14th Annual Film and Television Master Class will take place in Tel Aviv in June 2012.
The MC which nourishes filmmakers from Israel and the USA will focus on cultural and creative crossings and the development of projects for film and television.
12 Israeli professionals will be joining a team of 12 filmmakers from USA to work with the best Masters on a practical collaboration and future connections.
Throughout the years the TALA MC enjoyed the participation of such Masters as Gail Berman, Producer BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, Randy Edleman, Composer, Jonathan Littman, Producer CSI, Ed Redlich, Screenwriter, WITHOUT A TRACE, THE PRACTICE, David Renzner, President of Music Universal, Steve Schnur, President of Music Operations EA, Darren Star, Creator of SEX AND THE CITY, Danny Sussman, Talent Manager, Nina Tassler, President of CBS Entertainment, and more.
The Tel Aviv Los Angeles Master Class contributes much inspiration and know-how to participants on both sides, the Israeli Industry and the American Industry. The current exchange of ideas breeds partnerships and professional connections which open doors and enable mutual success.
Israeli Masters such as Hagai Levi, IN TREATMENT, David Polonsky and Yoni Goodman, WALTZ WITH BASHER, Eitan Green, IT ALL BEGINS AT SEA, Avi Cohen, FUNNY FACES, Yoram Mendel SCREENS, ran professional workshops to the benefit of the participants who worked their way up to their own various projects.
In 2012 we will continue our "special track" concept, which began with Music Scoring in 2010, and add a Television Writers Room which will run in the very beginning of the Master Class until joining its activities.
