This week was loaded with information and guidelines, and we all took in what we needed to establish ourselves in this tremendous field of opportunities. We received hints here and there, so we already knew that the best is yet to come. And he did.

Danny gave us the best performance right from his heart and soul, inspired and dedicated to his father, whose best advice was kindly passed on to us. It was like a good and fatherly coach giving us the motivation speech in the dressing room, just minutes before going out there to win the game.

First, say your name.  Always say your name when you are in a group.  Be there for them, because they will be there for you. The others may help you when you need, and you may be able to help the others, so connect. Make the Kesher. A group is always more powerful and has something to offer. The lonely is weak.

Danny's father rule number one: "Plan your work, and work your plan". As simple as that, but so easy to forget when you don't manage the micro. Make a plan, and execute it thoroughly. It's a tough balancing act.

Rule number two derives from that: "Do one thing at the time, and move to the next thing". Don't refuse to do a favor, it may come back to you one day, when you will be asking for one. Help others and take out the garbage when you are asked to. That's exactly how you start climbing up the ladder, by doing everything you can in order to know people and get experience. Step by step.

Rule number three is about the opportunity door: it is made of gold, but you'll have to recognize it and have the balls to walk through it. We all have different skills and talents, use those of your partner and let him use yours. That is the right way to create and excel.

The next rule is a confusing one: there are no answers, only right questions. Don't be afraid to ask and connect. People know other people and help each other, so make sure people know you. And when they know you, things happen to those who put some effort in. if you need someone - find him. There are so many ways to find people these days, so just find them. You can do it.

When you don't sell your idea or script, don't give up because of a refusal. It's the little victories that count. Someone will remember you for your writing, for your delicacy, for the way you presented yourself, and hire you in the future. So always make a good impression. Someone will notice.

Danny addressed the Israelies with his long time insights about us: Calm down. You will catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Use other tone and language.

And with all do respect, left and right politics known so well to us, doesn't work here. It doesn't interest anyone, and it doesn't really matter anymore, because what matters here is helping each other in this group of Jews from all over the world. So, no politics!

And remember, you always want to generate something new, that is why collaboration and sharing are important. Know how to work with others. It is vital.

Thank you, coach!
