Parris Neil
Neil Parris joined FilmColony in 2006 as its Vice President of Production, in charge of overseeing the company's slate of development and productions and serves as Executive Producer on his projects.

He has been instrumental in bringing in and developing 47 RULES OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE BANK ROBBERS with director Doug Liman, APOLOGIZE APOLOGIZE with director Lasse Halstrom, and BROOKLYN IS BURNING with director Frank Darabont, amongst others.

Prior to FilmColony, Parris served as Production Executive at (former 20th Century Fox Chairman) Bill Mechanic's Pandemonium Films, working on such films such as Walter Salles' DARK WATER and the Focus Features release CORALINE (based on Neil Gaiman's graphic novel).


Parris earned an MFA in Motion Picture Producing from The Peter Stark Program at the prestigious University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, and he earned a BA in Economics and Film from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society
